“Luxury buses usually run late now a days”: Passengers in a survey

Aurangabad, March 11, 2018: Luxury buses which are widely known for their comfort and punctuality have started receiving complaints and is being questioned on its punctuality. People are now tired of daily trouble of luxury buses running late. Passengers have been complaining a lot lately and mostly against the inter-city buses.

“It usually takes 10-12 hours to travel from Aurangabad to Vadodara and vice-versa but now a days I have been experiencing travel time of up to 14-16 hours and that also almost every time. No matter whichever travel organisation you book, the results are same. Now, I don’t really know whether to blame the travel organisations or the roads.” Said a frequent passenger of Gujarat Travels. The bus usually used to take only 2 stops after boarding all the passengers but now a days, it takes more than 4-5 stops to fill the passengers in the bus and earn extra and many a times, the buses change their routes to earn extra money resulting in to delayed arrival time.

The organisations should look over the issue and should stop the drivers from changing the routes again and again as to fill extra passengers. People are now fed of the so-long tiring journey and keep on changing travels but the results are same. Though many passengers have said that Gujarat Travels have improved a lot and now give better results than the established Shrinath Travels.
