Placement issues being a matter of concern for the students

MBA students tensed, stressed up for their job opportunities

Aurangabad, February 11, 2018: Future of MBA students is at a great risk as the placement department of MGM Institute of MBA fails to stick by the words given by the institute. Students are roaming jobless even after graduation in Aurangabad city and do nothing but apply online for jobs and send resumes at different places. Currently, graduating students are worried as of what they should do as not to face the same situation as their seniors.

“I don’t think so that I will get employment after graduation if I stay dependent on the college placement department.” Said Rupesh, a second year student of the same institute. Continuing he said, “We don’t say that the college doesn’t do anything but whatever it does, is not enough for all the students and many talented and quite bright students have been jobless even after graduating from here.”

This is a matter of great concern for the students and the authorities must do something about it and should talk to students regarding their academic issues and must take necessary steps accordingly. At the same time, college has started developing the department and have been attracting the things of the interest area of students such as skill development programmes, personality development programmes and various programmes to increase communication skills as well.
